If you are looking for a great lunch or dinner experience in Sydney, something that is unique and combines superb locations (that’s plural !!) together with exquisite and exemplary food and service, then you must try the Ultimate Dining Seafari set up by Dedes Waterfront Group

I recently went on this adventure with some golfing friends and to say the day was great would be simply understating the matter. Josephine from Dedes Waterfront Group reservations took charge of my requirements and arranged a pick up of our group by water taxi at our desired wharf on Sydney Harbour. As a first stop we were delivered to Abbotsford by our comfortable nautical taxi where Watergrill is located at the Sydney Rowing Club. At Watergrill we had the choice of entrée accompanied by a beautiful Pinot Gris. From there our water taxi conveyed us to Deckhouse at Woolwich Dock (where the Wild Oats yachts are located) for a choice of mains with Wild Oats chardonnay – again beautifully presented. Next stop SALA at Jones Bay Wharf, Pyrmont for a dessert tasting plate with the sommelier Rocco’s choice of a lip smacking dessert wine from the Hunter Valley.

At each venue we were met at the wharf by a dedicated team member and accompanied back to our taxi at the conclusion of each course. Dedes Waterfront Group restaurants are superbly located at waterfront site with commanding views of the harbour and city building. Our Dining Seafari was a luncheon but the night time views must be magnificent. All the locations we visited were staffed by friendly and highly efficient people all eager to help.
